AN OPAQUE TURQUOISE GLASS VASE
Qing dynasty, Qianlong mark and period (1736-1795)
The walls springing directly from a very short base, rising steeply and then curving inside inward at the shoulder, the neck high and straight forward, carved continuously with sprigs, foliage and blossoming flowers, a dragon curling around the neck under stylized clouds and a border of inverted banana leaves.
