AN AUBERGINE GLAZE VASE Qing Dynasty, (18th - 19th century) The melon-shape tall vase shows six vertical ridges and an overlay of the leaves, vines and a butterfly. It rests on an unglazed flat foot that shows the compact paste characteristic of the 18th century. The base is also enameled in aubergine. 8 5/8 in. (22 cm.) high Condition: Excellent Ref. 685769SOLD
