A SMALL, CELADON SHALLOW BOWL WITH EVERTED LIP
Southern Song Dynasty (1127 - 1268), Longquan kilns.
This small Longquan bowl pleases the eye with its rich glaze of an off-olive color and fine crazing that imparts depth to the piece.
The everted lip folds downward. The foot and a glaze skip on the base have burned the otherwise gray-white paste to an orange color.
Diam. 4 7/8 in. (12.5 cm.)
