A large foliated bowl raised on a short and hollowed foot, the outer wall carved in openwork with sprays of lotus, and inner rim with plum blossoms, peonies and chrysanthemums. Together with a large fitted wooden stand.
Each plant symbolizes a season, the peony for spring, the lotus for summer, the chrysanthemum for fall, and the plum tree for winter.
