An opaque turquoise box and cover of flattened ovoid form, the box resting on four small round feet, the flush-fitted cover with a pink glass finial modeled in the shape of a foo lion.

The shape of the box derives from water containers such as a tea-colored one shown in Zhang (2005), cat. no. 42.
