A nephrite snuff bottle

Date: Late 19th to early 20th century

Of flattened shield form with a recessed rectangular foot and a short mouth, the pale celadon jade is of even color throughout and carved on one side with a poem, and the other with an outdoor scene depicting pavilions in a water-scape.

H: 5 cm excluding stopper

Condition: Very good, with a slightly shortened mouth
